We photographed the groom and groomsmen at the bride and groom’s flat in Edinburgh before catching up with the bride for the preparation shots. Ruth and Timgot married at All Saint’s Church, Silkstone. We photographed the bride and her family getting ready before the wedding at home, then followed their red wedding bus to the church for the wedding ceremony. We went to meet the groom and his best man at All Saint Church Silkstone. The vicar allowed us a great view of the ceremony in the church to capture some lovely natural photos of the bride and groom as they said their vows. The reception was back at The Old Rectory in High Hoyland, Barnsley. The rain held off long enough for some photos outside the church and in the grounds of The Old Rectory. As the day progressed, we headed into a marquee for the wedding breakfast, speeches and cake cutting. First dance took place around 9pm. See our collage of images from the day below.
